How is payment handled?
Payment for membership to BC Butts is processed by Verotel Inc. which is the payment processor for thousands of pay sites, erotic as well as non-erotic. Verotel has been providing Internet payment processing since 1998. When you follow the link on the Join page, you will be taken to Verotel's page, where you will purchase your memebership for access to the Members Area. After purchase, Verotel will send you a username and password by e-mail. After receiving your username and password, you may then enter the Members Area by clicking the Members button at the top of this page.

How secure is the payment system? All sensitive personal data, credit card numbers for instance, are transmitted with 128-bit SSL encryption directly between your computer and Verotel. This is the same security level that most banking systems use and at no point will we ever see your credit card number.

How do I cancel my membership?
Please refer to our cancellation page.

What will appear on my statement?
You will only see a charge for Verotel.com - nothing embarrassing or incriminating!

Will I receive spam if I join?
No! We do not send out unsolicited e-mail nor do we sell e-mail addresses.

How long do I have to wait for access after I've joined?
Your membership will be available to use immediately after joining.

How do I Access the Members Area?
To log into the Members Area, click the Members button at the top of this page and the Log In page will load. You'll notice that on this page there are three fields that must be filled in to access the Members Area:

1) User Name
(provided in the confirmation e-mail received after joining)
2) Password
(provided in the confirmation e-mail received after joining)
3) Secret Word
(the word contained in the grey image box)

BCButts.com uses a member verification system that is designed to help prevent attacks by hackers and to prevent user names and passwords from being shared, stolen or otherwise used by non-paying persons. All three of these fields must be corretly filled in to access the Members' Area. Should an error be made entering the log in information, the "bad login" page opens. On this page click the link "Try Again With A Different Word" to try and log in again with the new secret word.

Please note that excessive failed attempts to log in will result in the user name and password being suspended, as our secuity system will interpret multiple failed log in attempts as an attempt to hack our site. If you feel your user name and password have been incorrectly suspended, or if you continue to experience log in difficulties, please e-mail us.

Problems Accessing the Members Area?
1) First, make sure cookies are enabled on your web browser. You need cookies enabled for the Members Area log in to work so you may need to lower the security level on your firewall. If your firewall software is set to "High" or "Maximum" security this will prevent cookies from being used and will prevent access to the site. Change the security setting to "Medium" or "Moderate".

2) When logging in, did you cut & paste your User ID / Password from your e-mail? Sometimes when people try to cut and paste their User ID & Password from the email they are sent, they accidentally copy a space at the end of their code. Type in your user name and password manually.

3) Was an error made entering the log in information? Should an error be made entering the log in information, the "bad login" page opens. On this page, click the link "Try Again With A Different Word" to try and log in again with the new secret word.

4) Note that our secuity system will interpret multiple failed log in attempts as an attempt to hack our site and will supsend the involved user name and password. If you feel your user name and password have been incorrectly suspended please e-mail us.

I've lost my user name and/or password. How do I retrieve them?
It is always a good idea to keep the e-mail that is sent to you upon membership which contains your username and password. However, if you lose it, please contact Verotel to retrieve your membership informartion
